Legal Entity Identification Code （LEI)
In order to comply with the Derivatives Trading Rules, we require a Legal Entity Identification Code (LEI) from all legal entities (for example, companies, trusts and corporate trusts) with which we trade.
You can submit your LEI by logging into the encryption client and clicking "Provide LEI" in the upper right corner of the screen.

The Legal Entity Identification Code (LEI) is a 20-digit alphanumeric code that facilitates the clear and unique identification of companies participating in global financial markets.

You can register an LEI through an organization recognized and approved by the Global LEI Foundation (GLEIF). The list of institutions can be found on GLEIF's official website, including Bloomberg and Australia's APIR.
After you have obtained your LEI, please log in to your encryption client and enter your LEI (you can find the "Provide LEI" button in the upper right corner of the screen). No documentation is required.
We will verify your LEI and notify you if accepted.

According to the Derivatives Trading Rules, all over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives contracts are required to be reported to the trading data repository under the LEI. This is to help increase transparency in the OTC derivatives market, mitigate systemic risks and guard against market manipulation.

This is a requirement for all ASIC regulated entities and we thank you for your cooperation.

If we cannot verify the LEI of your account, we will not accept any transactions on your account.
